Massage Therapy & Skincare

“Self-care is not self-indulgence; it is self-preservation.” — Audre Lorde

Holistic Skincare

I am a lover of beauty, not commercial or superficial beauty, but beauty as an essence to be cultivated, protected, and cared for. I find beauty in nature, in the things we make with our hands, in the way we care for ourselves, each other, and our surroundings, and in the small rituals that sustain us. Skincare is one of those rituals for me.

I am a nature person, and I have always appreciated the ways that plants support us. There is something deeply satisfying about that relationship between nature, the senses, and the body. I love working with botanical ingredients and the quiet alchemy of turning plants into oils, creams, masks, and other preparations that nourish the skin.

My approach has been shaped by decades of study and hands-on practice. I have post-graduate training in advanced facial treatments for acne and aging, along with extensive experience working with professional skincare products, tools, and techniques. My work draws from both holistic and professional approaches, allowing me to choose what is appropriate for the individual rather than following a fixed formula.

I believe good skincare should be both effective and sustainable. More products do not necessarily mean healthier skin, and expensive products are not always better. Sometimes the most helpful thing is simply understanding why a product is used and how to use it correctly.

I enjoy helping people better understand their skin, refine their routines, identify what is working, and avoid common mistakes. My goal is not to sell you a shelf full of products, but to help you develop a thoughtful relationship with your skin that makes sense for your life, your values, and your budget.

I offer online skincare consultations focused on individualized care, product guidance, and practical recommendations. In-person skincare sessions are available when location and setting allow.

Integrative Massage & Bodywork

I bring over 1,000 hours of formal massage training across a range of modalities, including Swedish-based therapeutic massage, acupressure, trigger point, sports, and lymphatic techniques. My work is informed not only by a practical understanding of the musculoskeletal system and movement patterns, but also of the nervous and energetic systems. Over time, I’ve developed an approach that is intuitive and responsive rather than formulaic. I adapt each session to the individual, restoring ease and releasing holding patterns through attentive, skillful touch.

Massage sessions are offered selectively depending on location and setting.
