Yoga Instruction

Hatha, pranayama, and meditation

Alongside a long career in hands-on wellness work, I’ve practiced yoga for over 30 years and taught since 1999. My relationship with yoga is lived; it informs how I move, work, travel, and relate to the world around me.

My teaching is rooted in traditional Kriya Yoga, the lineage of my first mentor, Baba Hari Dass. His influence still guides how I practice and teach. I’ve also completed over 1,000 hours of yoga teacher training in the U.S. and India, with respected instructors in the Iyengar, Ashtanga, and Hatha traditions, providing a strong foundation in alignment, structure, and intelligent sequencing.

I teach Hatha Yoga as an integrated practice of asana, breath, and meditation, with an emphasis on mindful attention. I’m especially passionate about supporting aging bodies in maintaining stability and vitality over the long term.
